Being a pothead
I can say I've ever felt the urge to skip, nor ever saw any flowers floating around me.
However, animated stuff always exaggerates, and it makes a fun little short with it. I love random moments.
The animation is quite nice.

truth be told this is a true story.. he didn't see flowers but he did randomly jump up and start skipping around the park playing Electric Feel on his phone :P
