Addictive but requires little skill.
Yes, I am giving this game a rather low score considering.
The game is greatly addictive, has good visuals without them getting in the way for the gameplay and the audio is good and rythmic though nothing spectacular.
However, there is one problem: it is far too easy. I think I got a gold medal on all except for one level in the very first try until I reached the Insane difficulty. You basically just have to click a super-polygon that's close to some other weak stuff or another super-polygon and you're a safe winner.
Before Insane, and to a certain degree even in Insane, the game requires a whole lot more luck than skill. Even in Insane I didn't encounter any trouble except for Level 4 which strangely was the hardest level of the game due to there being a lot of polygons with a lot of space between them left after the main chain reaction had ended. What you had to do in the final level was basically wait until two super-circles came close to eachother then detonate both at once dealing massive damage to all other polygons within their reach.
It would be interesting to see some sort of strategy that has to be used such as certain coloured polygons only damaging others with the same colour, some polygons not moving and more kinds of polygons. Perhaps "special abilites" such as polygon-magnets being able to suck all other polygons into one spot or something like that.
To put it shortly this game needs something that makes the game require more skill, because even though it's fun and addictive it is so because it's so easy.
Oh, I did experiement with the Reaction Chamber. It worked fine with any number of polygons I tried. 2998 worked fine and I actually tried the maximum number (999 of every kind of polygon) and it worked fine, but naturally lagged like hell. I turned it off after 15 minutess and it had went down to about 188000 by then. It was rather interesting.
