Conceptually, this is one of the most interesting games I have ever played. At first, I thought "Oh god, not another Mario clone", but was fortunately proven wrong. I think it really does reflect a 'pilgrimage' and what it means to search for something.
It may have annoyed some people that towards the end, it was impossible to see anything in order to continue playing a game. But artistically, that was very deep and meaningful. Why can't a game be art at the same time? It still served its original context as a game but simply incorporated some artistic thinking. it's very postmodern :]
The creators should be very proud.

OMG! this was soooooooo funny! i was like, ok, watever, mario spinoff at the beginning, then the quality started to get bad, then im like, ZOMG WHAT DO THE SIGNS SAY? then at the end, i loved the fact that the quality had bombed so much, you were a couple of pixels. Great game 5/5 10/10
