Well...it could have been better.
There are some quality issues here.
For instance it doesn't start out like the usual street fighter match, it's just two Dahlsim characters getting knotted together.
Use of some voice acting could have been used to tell them to start fighting and to embellish the conflict the characters run into.
In all, it had the potential to be funny if dialogue was used in the correct way.

The entire animation wasn building up to that big finish joke, which was completely predictable and not really that funny
The animation which wasn't bad, it didn't stand out from the crowd of basic tween (almost)only animation.

The animation wasn't that good, the music was of awful quality, the characters were poorly drawn.
However, as you said, you are new at Flash, and I accept that without writing this Flash submission off completely, you did try, but I think you need a bit more practice, just being honest.
