Reviews for "NG's Finest"

Moosh? Yeah, greatest guy ever. 5/5

MOOSH YOU ARE AMAZING

Annoying! No saving, no option to destroy buildings, the soldiers won't obey and their loyalty grows to slow.

Like everyone else said, good game, but needs a save feature.

Also, It'd be nice if they started out at 70% Endurance instead of 50%. It either gives you a hard time later, or you have to keep disciplining them for THAT, wasting your days and skill points.

Wow! For a rushed game, this is pretty good! However, there were just some major factors that ate away the 2 stars you could've gotten.

Pros:

- Design was very smooth; I actually really grown to like it after a little while.
- Original concept yet something that every fan of any fanbase would like to play from their fandom.
- Kept me hooked even with a simple idea.

Cons (I know that this game was rushed, but nonetheless, I feel that you should know this regardless):

- SAVE BUTTON. Jesus man; how the Hell did you forget to put a SAVE BUTTON in the game? I know it was rushed, but come on, that's such a basic factor! It's like not being served a fork at a restaurant! It's such a huge disappointment to have to restart ALL OVER AGAIN every time I tried to play it. I'm surprised not many other people complained about it; I'm certain they didn't realize it until it was too late, and were in for a big surprise after writing their reviews and not realizing that their progress doesn't automatically save for them the next day.

- Music was a bit repetitive, but that's okay. However, what wasn't cool was that you couldn't turn it off. Again; an Options Menu is such a basic necessity for games like these.

- Voice-acting needs refining at the beginning. It was scratchy, least to say. In fact, I doubt you even needed the voice-acting in the first place; I would've been perfectly fine with reading the tutorial on my own.

- You need a way to sell or at least destroy buildings. At some point, certain skills and attributes will not be needed to upgrade anymore whereas others do.

- Save Button (again). I know I said this once before, but good God; YOU HAVE TO HAVE A SAVE BUTTON. I cannot stress this point enough to you man.

-Variety of missions. It's kinda getting repetitive too.

Overall, this game was a fun experience. Very calm and tactical with some great original stuff in it. And yes, I know this was rushed, but you could've at least come back to add some stuff (particularly a Save Button...) you may have missed. After all, it's been almost exactly 5 YEARS since this game came out. It's a bit too long to use the "this game is just in Beta" excuse anymore. This game could've expanded into more, but unfortunately, it just seems abandoned as it is now.

I seriously hope you get back to this game sometime in the future because it was a really great experience I was getting into even at such a premature stage. But of course, I also hope that you continue making great games like this in the future.

Thank you. :)
