Reviews for "Tales of Crevan"

pretty cool

i liked it but i just thought the movements for going up and down were way too touchy

It's good

This is a pretty game, not heavy on alot of gameplay value but pretty all the same.
Maybe you can make something similar but with a little more "game" into it.
Besides that, very good flash bud

Nice

Nice game. Pretty. Gameplay is poor, though. Good coloring, nice animation - although it lacked depth (too repetitive).

The minigames are nice, too, but they get impossible if you don't max yout attack later on. And, as there are too few skill points, you have to choose between painting or fighting. Didn't like that. Games are made to entertain, not to bore, get what I mean?

About the 10kB file, well, that sucked. It seems just one file that is a loader, and downloads all the game. Like those installers of some programs. Thing is, if the file here is the actual game, and you have a good cache, you only download the game once, and every other time (before cache wipe) the game is already downloaded.

That doesn't happen with this kind of loader, as only the 10kB loader is in cache, and the game has to be downloaded all again. That is why I won't play the game more than twice, because it sucks to have to download the same flash again and again every time.

Looking forward to see other games!

Its Tiny!

This game is like a "fun size" candybar. Small yet somehow satisfying. How do they fit all that flavor in such a small package? I mean that metaphorically. I'm sure you realize what would improve the entertainment of this game, but at if your trying to stay at 10kb then you probably can't fit anymore in there. Not the greatest game ever by far, but the best game of its size that I've seen.

Good art, but hardly a game.

The art is very nice and fantastic, but the game mechanics feel like something that should have come out sometime around 2002, instead of now. I didn't feel that the art compensated for the lack of quality in the programming.
