Not bad!
This is not a bad effort, this is quite like the same setup in "tower defense: destroy the toy". I think if you sprused up the backround graphics, it could make the game slightly better to look at. also no pre-loader; this confuzzeled me, i thought that the game was the pre-loader, soz.

first game.. pretty good!
the only critisism i have was that i didn't realise that the aliens went around the green box, i thought they went through it... lol (realised tht pretty quickly though;).
It was a good concept with the slash idea and stuff but would have been better with better graphics, that all really (obviously this is ur first gmae so i wont mark u down on tht, lol).
3.5/5 for making it slightly more original than simlar games, 7/10 for game play :)
It's good
It's a good start. Since you've got this basis though you should have just kept going and making the game deeper and deeper. Maybe more turrets, different types of enemies, etc.
