Reviews for "Waterman (3D)"

pretty

That was very cool and the character was shiney and pretty. I liked it.

M1KES responds:

Thank you.. it looks better in high def! But for flash.. thats the best i could do.

Outstanding work!

Absolutely tremendous quality animation.

As far as the actual animation goes, I would expect to see something of this quality sitting in a seat in a theater, prior to a major motion picture. The fact that you've managed to do all this yourself is phenomenal.

Congratulations on an outstanding level of technical skill.

Side note / constructive comment - it looke to me like the human fist disappeared a tiny bit into the surface of the table during the fist pound.

Other than that, very nearly flawless.

M1KES responds:

Thank you so much for your compliments.

Hopefully i can get something to show in theaters one day :P

And yes.. the fist does go into the table a little... but i didnt have enough time to re-render the scene.

Thanx again for the great review

A little too slow and overexaggerated

Also he looks more of Mercury than water, as someone already suggested.

Animation was smooth and swell! I found the movements to be either slow and ill-paced, or overdone and awkward. (Like the walkCycle)

I think it would have been better to keep it at a consistent pace. Still, great 3D animation! 9/10 because even though it had problems, I liked it! :)

M1KES responds:

Thank you..

The mercury problem i explained the problem on the previous review...
As for the animation.. i was trying to give it a cartoony feel... although it is really hard to get fluid animation in 3d.. so some parts come out better then others

XP hehehe

was really really cool! great job men! was fantastic! i really like it!

M1KES responds:

Thank you.. Glad you enjoyed it.

Very cool

I don't have too much to complain, but, don't you think he looks more as "Mercuryman" than Waterman?

M1KES responds:

i needed to put the reflection a little higher.. or his visibility would be too low..
