dam game is a damn good game
very good game. wish there we more options, but fun nonetheless
if you're looking to always hit the damn, you need to look at the number that pops up when you pick something up. a general guide for the power needed to hit the cork is 33% of the number that pops up, +10%-ish after that for the range. since apples are the smallest at 18, the power range is 6.0-6.6, while boulders and the horse are the largest at 100 with a range of 33.3-36.6.
these are not completely accurate, and it will take some getting used to the overall power range, but 33% is a good number to shoot for.
also, if you get 3 hits in a row with the same object without missing with that same object (you can use other objects in between these hits) you get a 10 second bonus to your score. so if you're good with apples, you can constantly run with them, keeping the dam steady while every 3 apples getting an extra 10 seconds.
