The demons don't even have to nearly touch you for you to die! Make the target area for dying smaller and resubmit. The game has potential, but it is impossible to avoid the demons.

Not Bad
Not too bad. A good tutorial for making a game, and I like the example you made.
My only real criticism is the hit area for bad guys is too wide, you don't even need to hit them to be killed.
If it was made more subtle, the game would be much better, and obviously it would also improve the tutorial if you included how it was done.
But still, excellent work.
