Shocking
I think you should explain a little more the why of this movie, your reflexion. First, I know it represents extreme hate of society and all (and if it is your real opinion, don't you go waste your life in a school mass murder like Columbine, expressing yourself in animation is far better) but there's some part I just didn't understand. He's pissed of because of the environment degradation, on the TV, then he gets after all the vices of the world.... but the punishment isn't always equivalent to the vice, you see, it lacks mesure: I was really shocked when the hobo got killed. Yeah, he takes drugs and he straches his sack, but come on, that poor guy is on the street, he's not arming anyone like the pervert bum, and he kills him. That was too much.
The part where he kills another bum vandalising a wall was a bit extreme too: it is a kind of expression too, and even if is messages are violent, yours here is a bit too, and you won't get killed for that. The payed cop was alright (the gun part was kickass) but the politician? Did he do anything wrong? Or just being a politician deserves death?
For the priest, I think it was really good: child's abuse, especially if you're preaching against it, is madness, and I think that even the Cross suplice would be an honor he didn't deserve, because of his religion, but it was not cheesy, I found it appropriate.
OH! Before that he barfs. Is it because of the priest, or because of his murders? Anyway, it proves there is some kind of sensibility in your character, and it's good..... although he barfed on a church floor, and that's kind of irrespectuous to the religion (I'm not a believer, but he, they deserve respect, too ;) ) but it is not the most important.
Then the show. Wheter you like the band or not, I think that part shocked me a bit because I wasn't expecting it, and then, I think I understood when all the crowd thought it was awesome: You show how society is dumb and likes violence, how they just accept what they see, they aren't shocked by anything anymore, and that's what piss the character. I think you have a good message to tell, and maybe it was a bit excessive, and it is good that you mention it, but you should go beyond the "He, it is violent, and you'll understand if you have an open mind" and explain why.
On the quality of the vid, I'd say you got a really really good drawing talent, some of the pose and the killings were quite creative (the first slash to the eye was, I'm ashamed to say it, delicious, since everybody have tendency to make a one shot kill in their powertrip animation, but you killed him with some steps), the music wasn't omnipresent, it just gave a good feel to the animation, and the animation itself was fluid enough. Keep up the good work.
