Reviews for "Planetoid - Chapter 2"

This series is great...

It kept me watching, as it is very interesting, but in this one the end wasn't very clear. The little image ( You know, the one close to "Watch this movie!") is very bad, though. I like the concept of changing the style every chapter.

Fate responds:

Isn't clear...
huh.
I suppose it gets explained...IN THE NEXT ONE :D
but how is it less clear than the first? :P
I thought I'd be getting heaps of complaints about the 'snow place lie comb' thing.
But I'm glad you enjoyed it.
and thanks for the ongoing support (^^)

Artwork was very nice

It may not have been that memorable, but the use of CGI was pretty impressive, and it was nice to see an interesting mix of animation in a flash. I enjoyed it very much.

Hmm...

Not really sure what to say about this...

The effects were pretty nice and you orchestrated it perfectly to fit 'Entering The Stronghold' but there were a few snags.

The main one is how you implemented the music. You just began halfway through the song (something I noticed right away) and it was so quiet that the epic feel of it just went away.

Fixes: Fade in the music. Make it a LOT louder. This piece was visual expression with music as a guide. I don't have a clue what you wanted to convey if I can't hear anything.

8/10 (Minor improvement needed)

Fate responds:

thanks for the review. I guess I didn't think it needed turning up because my headphones are pretty loud (*shrugs*)
also...I didn't think there was anything wrong with starting halfway through the song.
There was only so much story to tell.

He was so close to the girl! Aw! Where's the eject button when you need one?

erm

it looked promising and very interesting...but wtf man!!! thats it??? it needs more. its like the start of something and then NOTHING...

Fate responds:

Dude, Animations are limited by size and time.
I animate to a song, and when that song finishes, so does the animation.
If you're going to mark me down because I left it with a cliffhanger, maybe you should go somewhere else.
