Well i got it...
This movie (from what i could tell) is about the decision to change the Australian tax system and the chaos that it will undoutably cause as well as a goverment who is trying to convince the public this is a good idea - which atleast in the short term it wont be .
I thought it was pretty funny and very well drawn, i listened to it through some tinny earphones and i still managed to make it all out although i am a native speaker, i can c how those who arent myt struggle.

It was amusing but it was rather difficult to understand the prime minister. The music was just a little too loud lol. I know it was supposed to be some amusing satirical bit but honestly i coudn't really hear what he was going on about. Well, I'm sure it was fine otherwise.
