Pretty good, it could use some sound like the guy below said... I thought the battling was a lil impossible. But okay.

Well this is really simplistic, but shows promise
If you put a lot of time into this you could make a really good game. But sprites are kind of boring.

Don't see this as a RPG .. Make story , alternative choices of what you want to say to the person, If you can't make the person go around, then make it a longer cutscene ( With the text ) xD
Gameplay : Make it harder because special and the normal attack were useless :p Because you only could use dark power and heal so you would win easy :p Example make a MP and Health bars were you need full MP for using Dark Power and it goes away after 3 rounds or something , more choices of normal attack and special attack and heal is also based on MP.
So yeah oO Do something like this and you will really get the real RPG movie/game xD

The reason I said this was an RPG-ish game is because of the battle style. I also said it's an RPG-ish game.
Interesting concept, but.....
the game aspect was far too easy. You just heal yourself a bunch of times and then keep using "Dark Power." Also, there wasn't any sound, which made things worse. The graphics were ok though, kinda reminded me of the old Megaman games XD.
