You know he speaks rather well for being deaf, it is my understanding that people who are deaf dont speak that well so maybe hes faking to get out of the situation like jigsaw might feel sorry for him and let him go but while he's walking away he would say"haha fooled you a*****e im not deaf". But i guess he could have heard earlier in his life but then went deaf later on.
im deaf, and i cant read your lips caus.. i ah..
