Interesting game ...
Glowstones was a very challenging puzzle game, demanding both logic and time to overcome the challenges presented. That is where the main problem lies; the game has no save function to let players return to their levels if they have to leave or wish to take a break.
The animation in the game was simple and appealing; appealing to the eyes but not too focused on the graphics. A lack of interesting graphical features did become boring though, as the screen always looked the same.
The music was very nice at first, calming and pleasant, however it became to repetitive too quickly. The sound effects were the same, and I think they should also have been somewhat quieter to match the music in the background. It was good to see a mute button down in the corner.
The gameplay was very enjoyable, simple as to leave most of the work to the mind of the player (as puzzle games should be). I have only managed to play up to stage 15, the main reason it would be good to see a save feature. If I play again, it will mean I will have to complete those 15 levels again before I can continue from where I was before.
Overall, I did enjoy the game and the challenge it presented, but I believe that more could be done with this game in the future. Perhaps achievements and a timed mode could further encourage players to try the game?
