Reviews for "[FREE] Mega-Album 1 - F-777"

Awesome music! Keep it up!

I have been listening to your music since I discovered it. Fell in love with it. I bought your albums on itunes, downloaded songs from here and when I saw you had released this free album, immediately downloaded it. Really nice of you to release a free album and I appreciate it very much as I am sure others do as well. I had to actually create an account on here so I could post a response finally. Keep up the awesome job! Thanks fr the music!

Here is a review for you!

1. Dark Angel - Close to perfect it mixes dubstep styles into dance in very good way.
It sounds great has a lot of different sounds but the composition keeps it together.
2. Ludicrous Speed - good but not for grown ups, sorry gamer music doesn't sound mature. This is so much game. That it will probably do good here but independently i think not.
3. Crispyness - takes game sounds into maturity good job. Has more commercial value
4. Memories (2011 Edition) - Very nice emotional strong. This song lends itself to be mixed into a very emotional trance song with high commercial value.
5. Flying'nStuff - Trance at a high level! Nice and really sounds of 2012 and 13
6. Destructo Dance - Powerfull not my style but good!
7. Before Mydnite 3 - very good very mature i would buy this!
8. Sound of Infinity - Again a bit child like to much game. Not for a broad audience
9. Dynamic Funk - Daft punk would be jealous. I like this needs a hook and vocals.
10. Viper (preview) - dance dub together nice mix very good i would buy this.
11. Tech071 - Set Me Free (F-777 ReMiX) to childish for me to much game.
12. Joe Jonas - Love Slayer (F-777 ReMiX) Love slayer is to full with sounds it clutters the vocals too much....
13. Nick Carter - Love Can't Wait (F-777 ReMiX) nice remix it is sound and has good balance. Be carefull not to clutter the vocals
14. He's a Pirate (F-777 ReMiX) Nice but its hard to beat Tiesto at this been done and i have to say. i like the Tiesto one better.
15. Lion King (F-777 ReMiX) Not my cup of tea but solid for others.
16. We Believe Ep.1 Very mature in a good way. nice ambient and great!
17. We Believe Ep.2 Could be better moves towards game a bit.
18. We Believe Ep.3 Its okay
19. We Believe Ep.4 The guitar sound doesn't really fit here for me.
20. We Believe Ep.5 Nice i love the flute!
21. We Believe Ep.6 - To happy a tune for that flute. Keep it mysterious. It is what that flute is designed for.
22. We Believe Ep.7 - i like this ! It sounds like a song from the eighties. In a good way.
23. We Believe Ep.2 (Special Trance Edition) - Very good but the more ambient style suits it more.
24. We Believe Ep.3 (Special DARK Edition...ya) this one is okay
25. System Split - i don't know doesn't do much for me.
26. Speedbreaker - nice but to happy for me. ( happy hardcore :( )
27. DanceStep - this sounds like solid stuff to me. Nice but not for broad audience yet.
28. Element of Dance - i hear potential in this one, needs vocals
29. Air Fantasy - too happy for me to much game music. Not for broad audience.
30. Alone - Also too much game for me.

Overall the album is a solid piece of production. I can hear that a lot of time was spend on mixing mastering and creative aspect of music.
However even though everything is very good and well done, it targets two separate audiences. One the NG and gamer audience, Number two a dance audience.
I can see them overlapping each other, you narrow your audience by doing so.
What i am trying to say is that you obviously have a great talent, but there is a reason why Tiesto Armin van Buuren and Ferry Corsten have such a big succes.
They Produce for a broader audience. If i was you i would produce 2 albums one with game type music. And one with mature dance music.
In progressive trance there was a point were they started to use the 8-bit sounds about 5 years ago. It was new and refreshing but the period it lastet was very short.
I can only imagine why that is. I don't know exactly.
That being said. If i look at it as two styles they would both score very high!
Your talent will get you somewhere but if you want to make it in Dance music.
You will have to embrace that audience and musically provide them with your view on their music.
If you want to embrace the NG audience, that is fine too but it is not dance music audience.
It never will be. I guess my review will leave you with the question: Do i want to make it in music and in what kind of branch of the music industry?
Good Luck on what ever you do cuz you have the talent!

Awesome

You need to give meh some tips on how you make your songs ;)
