Needs Improvement
Some of the fighting is great, and you really got the element of the bullets down. You could feel the bullets being fired.
However, you really need to improve on the physics. How the bodies fell and how the characters moved was jerky and un-realistic.
Also, you need more sounds instead of recycling the same ones over and over.
Tits of mass destruction?
Never would've thought that there would be some guns on a chest... unique shit. Last time I saw that happen was in Austin Powers. Still neat story line.

Megaman meets Robocop?
It was very well done from the animation point of view but the voice overs were lacking. A lot of the action felt a little melodramatic a times but this seems to be common with most anime type cartoons. Even though I'm not much a fan of anime but I can appreciate the effort. I'm sure people who do favor this type of art style and story telling will really enjoy this.
