Some good, some not so good
A varied collection of Newgrounds idents, I must say. Some of them were really awesome, but I think that there needs to be some rather drastic tweaks on others. Some selections of sounds were horrific, with static dominating the piece, which wouldn't sound good attached to award winning flash.
I'd tend to go for the look of using Newgrounds characters, as they are easily recognisable, which is why Tankmen features so heavily. I would ask why the one author has chosen the drunk from Tankmen 2, instead of Steve to be the Tank driver. It just seems slightly odd.
Of course, there are other NG features and characters you can use for idents - Pico, or the bots for example, as they don't get used as much in NG paraphenalia and the bots ident would be a lovely addition to this collection.

The thing about a bot intro is that they are very hard to draw and animate, whereas Tankmen are easy to draw, and, if assembled correctly, easy to animate.

Most of the intros were pretty good! Some of them wasn't that good, and a few had really bad audio quality (awesome...)
But since most of the intros were quite smooth I give you 8 points!

this is most original Collab in whole newgrounds...... also putting downloads wuz a great move for this..... great.....
madness preloader sucked and the tank falling on stick sucked badly so that takes the 2 points..... but it is cool....

A great idea for a collab and it's also a great idea to make the .fla downloadable. I really would like to see some of those intros in future flashes as most of them where done pretty good.
The animations where very smooth on all of those intros and graphics where good too (except for that madness-style prealoader. The graphics there seemed a bit too sloppy).
Some of the intros (the "OMG Newgrounds" and the "AWESOME" one) had a very low sound quality and a lot of static noises could be heard there. You should try to fix that.
