What to say. It's a nice start. But if you want to make a better flash, you'll have to do more work. Try to use colors, improve the sounds, my speakers didn't like the yelling. If you'll keep working, your skills will improve, and so your flashes.

Bad graphics, poor jokes and irritating voices
The saving grace of some movies with bad graphics is that they are well written and have great voice actors. This was really the case here. The jokes weren't that funny and at times it was cslightly confusing. The voice work could do with being improved a lot, try to get more people to do voices. Unless you have a massive voice range like egoraptor, which you don't seem to.
I'd say you should spend time working on your drawing, writing your lines and finding better voices.

The voicing was really well done i thought, you dont need to improve on that, other than trying to make your characters sound more unique.
You need to try something other than stick men, the best thing to do is watch a load of cartoons on NG and eventually you'll get the idea, all you have to do is try to use as many layers as you can when drawing someone, have the outline of them on the top layer, the color on the bottom, and shading in the middle layer. Do this and your characters will be really nice looking.
Stick in a few alternative angles here and there, some comic camera shifts and your flash will be really good. I see potential in this.
