Brilliant!
It's excellent how you've combined how you've combined the gameplay of mini-golf style games and other puzzle games here, so that you can control the initial direction of the ball as well as place obstacles in its way to direct it!
Just one small improvement I'd suggest: You should be able to reset the timer on any level by also resetting all your pieces. That way, you can still complete the level and move on without having to do it twice.
I worked my way up to the rank "Tom the King" before I got bored and quit... which shows how long I spent playing!
