Most Illogical, Captain
Amusing, but, as one might say, illogical. Refusing to allow foreigners access to sovereign territory is no different than refusing to let someone you wish to avoid into your house. Refusing to allow a person into your country is no more a denial of human rights than letting one into your house. What does the law say about home intruders? You can shoot to kill. We don't do that to those that have invaded our country. Could one make an argument that this would be legal? Yes. Would it be a good idea? Probably not. However, due process absolutely does not apply to those caught in the process of breaking and entering at the least, and who have committed rape and murder at the worst. "Human rights" and "due process" are terms whose meanings have been violated in the pursuit of the destruction of sovereignty, or to be more precise, the destruction of individual rights in the name of saving them.
