Rip-Off

Nearly everything in this game was ripped off from a downloadable game on Big Fish games that my sister had on her laptop. I mean, I know it could have maybe inspired you but you didn't even mention it. Also you could have added some stuff of your own (which you did but not enough) to make it seem like it wasnt a rip off and just inspired by the game I mentioned. A decent game though but it immidiately gets boring after level one much like the game on my sister's laptop. Anyway, some last constructive criticism, make your future games more original and not that repetitive. Maybe add stuff you can unlock to keep gamer's playing.

I agree with Grendar...

exept this game doesnt have any originality to talk of. Its just an online copy of Belle's Beauty Spa (or sonething like that, I havent played it in almost 2 months). It is a complete copy save for the item drawers and the color of the main caracters hair. I guess you changed the storyline... to be less interesting.

The game style has been overused, but it's good

Unfortunately, like many games of it's genre this doesn't really bring anything new to the table beyond it's theme. You run your character around, serving people and collecting payment, you lose or gain happiness based on how fast your service is. The game itself is well written, with a good progression scheme and fast paced gameplay.

That said, it's just like every other small business game. You could swap around the scenery and it becomes a restaurant game, or a bar game, or any other business. In order for me to give a higher score there has to be something added or else extraordinarily well implemented that benefits the genre as a whole.

It was good, it just gave me the impression I'd already played this game before.

Fun, but a bit tedious and boring.

Beauty Resort is a game much like Diner Dash. This old gal reminds us of Flo as you click and chain commands to meet the need of everyone that comes in your shop with a serious bi-polar problem. BR is fun for the first few minutes but if this isn't your normal style of game play you will begin to feel a sense of boredom. The graphics and sound are all quite noise and the music and keep you alive but once those magical effects wear off you're left with a pretty bland game that you've seen and played plenty times before. It is a fun game, but the addiction doesn't last long.
