Pretty good
Everything about the flash as far as graphics, timing, and use of sounds was great. I do think it would've looked better with a drawn N64 controller rather than the pic you used.
My only other problem was the length, this could've been funnier with more jokes and what not, but what you had def. warranted a 4/5 9/10 good job.
