the 10 is for countering that rat bast@%d that gave you a one. good animation, descent idea and a good "japanese" song give this the type of thing i would be interested in to watch. my score is an eight due to the lacking of an actual teaser to the series.
Intersting, but not promising
pretty much, Gerkinman said it all.
Music - i actually like Brave New World so you had me once i heard the intro. timing with the flash was good
Graphics - honestly, they look like crap. i never knew Megaman could pop his shoulders as he walked. and the whole thick lined drawing turned me off. not saying its awful, but you definitely can do better than that. or at least i hope so.
Characters - the ONLY reason you're getting 5 stars is because i saw Ristar and i never seen him in any other flash. and personally, Ristar is one of my favorite games for the Genesis. as for the other characters, seen them here n there, wanna see how it pans out.
Story - lucky for you, i dont really care a bout graphics nearly as much as i care for story. the story seems interesting, kinda wanna see Sonic, Tails or Knuckles (i know he wasn't in the flash) fight Bass & Treble, I'm curious to see how Ristar gets involved and all that. this kinda reminds me of 'Super Mario Bros. Z' series, without the Mario Bros n without sprites. anyways, it does seem interesting, but my hopes are not gonna up.

To begin with...
Artwork-
It's good of course, many times better than what i've seen, trust me, i've seen much worse. Though some of the characters looked out of proportion, especially Sonic, the Megaman characters actually looked alright, though you'll have to learn to imagine the characters moving, without the screen limits, meaning you must also try to imagine the places cut out by the screen's limit.

Characters-
Some characters didn't look the usual, well for example, Zero looked a little... TOO kind, he LOOKED that way, i guess it's cos the helmet seconds as eyebrows for him. Not original, but meh, you explained that already.

Tip: I guess you should try your hand at creating random characters, no need to name them at all, but if you find one you like, name him/her.
