I spent a while trying to figure out which animals the pokemon were based after for a while. i learned about a lot of interesting animals but an interesting one was the Pika which is an animal that is related to the rabbit. Pikachu was the rabbit pokemon (?) therefore Pika + Japan= Pikachu.

That was great. Id like to see another one. Oh and for the ones asking yes pikachu was a mouse type thats what makes the joke.
