Too simple
So you decided to make a second Legion movie to submit on Lock Day. Surely you've had all year to come up with two flash that would suffice, rather than this, ahem, effort.
To be honest, if you wanted to make this a prpoer party, give Quince the microphone and have him make some sort of speach to the gathered locks before breaking into dance. You could explore all sorts of effects with the disco ball, for example and of course the movement of Quince himself.
I've managed to give you these ideas with only a few minutes of thought, it shouldn't have taken you much longer than a week to produce a quick little flash like that. I'm glad that it didn't continuously loop the 'Jackass Party Boy Song' ad infinitum, as that could have gone way too far.
