Nice idea, but...
Keep practicing man. I know you have a good idea for this one and i can see it. Keep on practicing on your flash transition movements so your characters and their actions can be smooth and realistic. Keep looking around the mario parodies and study how the did their transitions. Other than that, your idea is a good one for this flash movie. Keep it up man ^_^ b

I did get the entire movie, but the animations were just too slow, maybe if when luigi bounced off of the spring thing, instead of doing slo-mo flips all the way to the top, have him hit the ceiling at high speed.
I actually laughed! Good job.
I can't say much about the graphics, as they're sprites, the sounds are good, the animation is basically just tweens, the jokes are kinda lame but made me laugh, and all in all it proves that Luigi never quite gets it right... 6/10 3/5
