Pretty nice! I like the animation style, smooth and easy flowing, but I think you should add some more fighting action into it.

Needs to more creative
Okay, this had a good art and animation style, plus awesome sound effects. I liked the flashing lights and the reflections on the ground, and the gradual bruises and bloodmarks.
However, this needs to be more creative.... the plot is nothing new, and I felt the scene could be expanded to weapons, more attacks(I saw the fact that Pico climbed up on the UberKid, like 3 times), and more enemies. Also, they fought basically in one area most of the flash(middle of screen). Come on! Create some backgrounds as well, make them move to other places!

Overall its just a really boring flash. I can't say I didnt like the style of animation but I can't really say you put forth the necessary effort needed to get a high score so you wont be getting higher than 4 stars from me.
