Reviews for "Astroknights defense"

eeeehhhpppp

Well, the game seems pointless.
It's just the same thing over and over again.

But, the worst part is THE MUSIC IS HORRIBLE.
It makes baby Jesus cry.

MBR responds:

well, thats your opinion, personally, i like it.

There are only about two main problems

One there need to be levels or checkpoints, because I don't think that most people are going to beat 1000 missles in a row. And two it needs a loading bar. It is a good game though.

it was kewl.

i liked the game play. it was pretty smooth. but you need 2 add some power ups. also im not 100 percent sure but im pretty sure the first time iplayd (lost a lot of life figuring out the game lol) i got dwn 2 around 900 910 and it sayd i only killd 70 so may wanna check into that but otherwise it was good.

MBR responds:

that number is how many you shot, if it hits the base it takes away a missile but doesn't add it to the number you shot.

Potential!

Now, I enjoy the game quite a bit, for what it is. I can understand the philosophy behind creating it, as all other games of this sort are just about filling the air with bullets. That said, the whole thing feels extremely half-assed. It's visually sketchy at best. It could be a lot more involving with a setting-defined protagonist; a spaceship, rather than some huge frickin' guy. Or even just change the coloration to make it a robot or mech.

This could have some real potential if pacing and immersive quality are addressed. I'd certainly come back for another try.
