The Best AI I've ever seen
Nothing can match this. In originality, creativity, ingenuity, and general 1337ness of programming, this is the best AI I've seen. Interactivity with enemies, swarm tactics, illness, food, growing, evolving. This is absolutely brilliant!!!
I suggest you make environment a factor in the next one. Each pixel can be an environmental status, in which contiguous pixels are pretty much the same. Some cells like certain environments than others. There can be temperature tolerance, moisture tolerance, and nocturnal or diurnal tendencies. Keep up the fantastic work! BTW, are you still in high school? Holy shit!

Perhaps a feature could be having different species of cells fighting over food, maybe add different food sources, some of which are more nutritious, some of which have a bigger chance of being infected.
Maybe allow us to effect other things in the tank such as temperature. Also, maybe a few other species of 'enemy cells' (Mad as hell Face for instance)
Buti still think this is a fun 'lil gadget :D
