here are some good game ideas for the next one would be all what the guy below me said and evolve into diffrent life forms like animals to huminoids,you should be able to make plauges and virus that do what you want them to do and how often they infect and what they infect such as food water etc, they should get smarter like using weapons to reserching cures for you virus to using your viruses as cemical warfare on other life forms.
And here's someone that probably just came from playing pandemic XD

I like the concept. perhaps you could have them compete against each other for food or mates, with variable such as speed, mating efficiency, attack power, defence power, ability to digest food, then have player controlled activities such as putting a barrier up to let two communities grow, then knocking it down to let them fight once they have evolved quite differently. youll get super bugs created through all the selection variables. Would be a really interesting flash. Please do a sequel to this with more depth! this could be great!!
I had them fighting at first but they ended up just weakening each other to the point where they both just died out =(

Perhaps a feature could be having different species of cells fighting over food, maybe add different food sources, some of which are more nutritious, some of which have a bigger chance of being infected.
Maybe allow us to effect other things in the tank such as temperature. Also, maybe a few other species of 'enemy cells' (Mad as hell Face for instance)
Buti still think this is a fun 'lil gadget :D
