Reviews for "Preuve de foi"

i(almost)lost a tear

i'm writing a book where a batlle between good and evil takes place(wanna make it the new LoTR,but don't say it further ;) )and i could see this music in a scene before the army's of darkness swarm through the lands.
The 4 heroes of the book stand at the beach, seeing the first of countless ships, the fleet unprepared, the army's scatered.they are the only ones who can warn the great kingdom, humans, elves dwarves and sentinels(synthetic like angels)have to join forces once more to purge the evil out of the world, but a unknown conspiracy is taking place wich can change the fate of all life.

keep doing your job ;)

Troisnyx responds:

Thanks! ^_^

Speaking about the armies of darkness, a friend and I imagined this to take place in a very dark final stage called the City of Dreadful Night... Personifications of vices appear there, and finally, the personification of death himself - which we named AnkoĆ¹ - appears. I'm not sure at which point this plays, but I trust you and I do think alike on the matter.

Beautiful

I found you because the guy below this review has nominated you to be on the underdog list in the audio forum. And I have to say that you certainly do qualify and deserve to make it onto the list. I want to agree with the guy below me that the melodies are amazing but I don't want this review to be the same as the one below so I will say this:
This song along with the melody has great harmonies, excellent use of choirs and possibly strings. Also the reverse cymbal sounded amazingly high quality for the transitions. This is going on my very small "favourite list".

Troisnyx responds:

Thank you so much! ^_^ That was a cymbal roll, by the way, but not a very wet one.

Brilliant

I loved this track from the first listen (on Audio Draft). I find generally speaking your melodies absolutely brilliant.
The orchestration of this one reminds me of Joe Hisaishi. I hope you'll remake the project.

Troisnyx responds:

I believe I should! The friend who's been working Histoires Duchemin with me asked if I could take out the octaves in the choirs, and I wanted to do just that - but I had to leave my room, and whilst I was away, my PC tuned up all by itself and restarted. Demo FL = no save file = T_T. I'll need a gust of inspiration before I rework this, fo sho'. x
