Yeah, that's about right. I like that you emphasized watching the movies before voting, especially on the small file sizes and/or new authors. Too much decent stuff gets blammed off the site just because people didn't bother to watch before voting.

Think Twice
This is more of a how to cheat the system rather than use it. And animated stick are not just because you ca't do much better - It's the base of much animation - I animated 2d sticks in flash dancing or moving and then use the movement for reference in my 3d work, so don't be so naive about thigs like that. Think twice.

Some good information, but generally I think that a submission on how to cheat the system is less intelligent than reposting the same dumb crap. Also, you need a less ritating sound in the background.
It's not cheating the system. I said at the end to never use these as an immediate sign.
