The animation was a quite choppy and well too fast. Try adding a lot more frames in between motions to make it smoother and slow it down a little bit. Try not to resort to lowering the FPS as it just lowers the quality and smoothness even more. Try not to post something not worth watching and say that you did it in a day and couldn't find better music. Take longer on it, find better music and then post it.
