I am sorry, but when I listen to this track I can't stop think about the other magaman remixes, like this one:

As far as the main melody goes, I think it is pretty standard and well done. What I liked in your piece was the fast start, you don't lose time with a slow intro, you just rock your way into the main plot, and I like that.
However, IMO, you end up repeating the main melody too many times, and the listener will eventually get tired of hearing the song. The sound quality could also be improved, the drums are a little weird to the ears and your ending is just too abrupt for my taste.
Other than that I must say the guitars are pretty sweet. That's why I am writing after all :P

I understand exactly what you're saying, and believe me this is the kind of reviews people should be making if they're not all like: "ZOMG BEST SONG EVARRR LOLZ" I agree with you 100% If I were to vote for this I'd personally give myself an 8/10 because it could be a little more creative, but I was just trying to re-make exactly what the original NES version did, and yeah it was already pretty repetitive.
