Well, there was really only one thing I noticed... (And You might have meant it) but when Glenn is handed the flowers does it say, "From Glenn" "To Annie"?
Or maybe I was missing it and she gave him the flowers to give to her?

Yeah, she was trying to trick him into giving her flowers, essentially. That's why he's so confused by it. Well, that and the fact that he doesn't realize what she's trying to make him do, which is romance her. She's a clever one, what with her wording. Glad you enjoy it!
