There is actual health in the game, in the Infirmary. Also, why the hell do you need to make them have guns? It's games like this that ruin zombie characteristics.

...awesome game but you REALLY need to add a pause function and a checkpoint system. I hope you're not aiming for some "realistic" effect by saying you can't pause in real life or come back to life after death because we're killing zombies. It is unbelievably annoying to get up to the turret fighting part of the game only to get murked by all of them with no health in sight. Great game ruined by leaving out the fundamental and commonplace elements for gamers.
