It's a ten for the simple fact you had to do this vs someone else in a competition. I understand it lacks a storyline, but that's not why you did it. Xiao Xiao 3 didnt have a storyline...it was just a butt kicking fest...you did the same thing...except competition-wise...Very nice...I'm waiting for the next one please...:-)

im not much of a fight guy without a reason to fight. (within story)
it is a great stick fight, if you could build a story around it and give it a sprinkle of love as to get ahold of a much bigger fan base than it would be great.
I would enjoy a more real Sound from the punches. Maybe not the same sound again and again.
I would also like to Feel for one of the fighters because from the start I did not know who i wanted to win the fight, therfore i did not Feel the punch, the kick, the slam into the floor.
BUT for pure fight alone, as hinted by the movie title alone i give you 5/5 8/10

yeah, you're right, when someone has a reason to fight it makes you want someone to win and you know why they're fighting. in this animation though, for the competition it was just about making a 45 - 75 second fight. and also...im rather lacking in the whole story department :( i'm not good with them :-/.
the sound of the punches - its SO difficult to find realistic punch sounds, honestly, i tried for hours to find realistic sounds but there were just none to be found :( so i just had to stick with the xiao xiao pack. if you found realistic punch sounds, i'd more than welcome you giving me them :P
you should've wanted fitzy to win the fight...as fitzy is me :P

I liked it, rather smooth with a nice flair of moves, just lacking in the graphics department, maybe somethinmg becides the red/white gradient for a landscape?
yeah you're right...i'm just not great with backgrounds, i'll try a bit harder in future :) but im glad you liked it thanks for the comment on the flair of moves. i try to put alot of variety of moves in my movies to keep it interesting :)

I gotta say, those were some sweet moves. Not the flashiest thing I've seen, but I can see you really put some time into the animation. Plus, the music was sweet.
