Sorry bud.
I had to give you a low score. Don't get too down on it, though, as it was interesting enough to keep me playing for a while, but there were just too many things that caused me to not want to play after I finally lost.
One, it gets a little too difficult, and not in the good way. By about level 6 I was dying constantly. The clowns on more than one occasion would grab me and kill me just as soon as I respawned, so add a temporary invincibility feature for a second or two after you die to keep that cheap feeling out of it.
Another major gripe I had was the hit detection. I understood that water and trees would slow you down, and I liked that idea, but there were times I wouldn't speed up after hitting the grass again, or I'd randomly speed up in the middle of the slow zones. Try to work out those kinks.
There were a few AI issues too, it seemed strange to me that the clowns didn't seem to realize you could go through one side to come out the other. Although, I didn't even know you could do that until I did by accident. If I were you, I'd consider adding something in the beginning to inform the player of it, unless you did and I just missed it.
All in all, it's very rough, but if you worked on it a bit and smoothed out all the kinks, it might end up a decent enough, if not simple, game to kill time.

the graphics are bad the game play is realy basic but its still a bit fun. next time iake some more time. 4/10
