I would give you 2/10 and thats just because of the style...
You have to work on your animations!
First of all, use Onion skin and hide the background to make your characters the same in every frame (Well, at list about the same...)
Then maybe you could make it more of a game, where you need to capture the guys, or press the button at the right time...

Changet he customers every time you shave one. Make them come in and then you shave. Create more detailed shaving. Like how you shave if you cut their face or next or w/e Better Graphics and throw in some sound effects and some background music
