I really enjoyed it. Though you didn't mention the other characters in the credits. :p I also did the criminal, Red, the Chief, and the other cop who went "What?" haha.
Great job, I really liked it. It came together well. I only wish you hadn't used my audition and let me re-record the lines so I could really make sure they sounded much different from each other. That's alright. Hope to work with you again sometime.

Nothing new or amazing
It was.. alright i guess. The acting was pretty lame and the voices were weird and at some points annoying. Plot is pretty much unoriginal i'm pretty sure i've seen the same kind of thing tens of thousands of times before. But your drawings are alright.
Ways to improve are probably to get more/a better voice actor and to get a decent plot thats fairly original.

It was ok. Not great. But you obviously put a lot of thought into it, and time and care etc.
The drawing ability, wasn't bad... But wasn't outstanding either.
And it's "To Be Continued" not "Concluded"

"To be continued" is a synonym for "To be concluded".
