Reviews for "Ball Revamped :: Duo"

Great!

Best ball avoiding game I've played, probably. The graphics are great, the movements are all smooth and the controls are easy to use. Can't think of anything to improve, it's perfect in every way. Keep it up!

^^Good Points^^
It's a pretty well made wall avoiding game. I think the graphics really made this get the score that it has. You have very nice animations and graphical effects in this. The music is pretty cool too. A nice looking game overall.

^^Needs Improving^^
It really doesn't bring anything new to the table as far as avoider games go. It's basically no better than any other besides the graphics.

AsianSpark responds:

Thanks :)

Nice!

It was a good game, but it could use a few adjustments (I won't go into specifics). Also, it would be cool if you could make a level editor.

AsianSpark responds:

Level editor is hard. =(
Glad you liked it.

Nice

Can't wait to see what youll be creating in some years.

AsianSpark responds:

I and Robot-Creation will create something new.

Overrated.

I liked this game, and completed the whole thing, but there are some big problems with it...

Firstly, there is far too much use of the green star (shrinking the ball) - it comes up on almost every level! The game is no fun when you just try and go through tiny gaps over and over! I lost about 40 lives trying to go through one annoyingly small gap!
Then, what happens if you go speeding towards a wall, hit "p" to pause the game, hen unpause it? The ball loses all momentum and you are safe!
What if you pause the game just as a new level loads? The ball does not freeze (while everything else does), and you lose a life unfairly.

Then there are the levels where you can crash into a wall before it appears (the "invisible walls" levels), levels where instant reversed gravity makes you die without warning, levels where you start so close to a wall that it's impossible to get it right on your first attempt, levels that seem to be complex and interesting, but the best path to take is straight through the centre....

...I could go on, but I won't. It's a good game, but the whole thing looks rushed and messy.

AsianSpark responds:

Haha.... i know this is messy, i din't planned it well.
