Not good.
The framerate is super slow, the animation is extremely choppy, and there is almost no background movement to convey the supposed high speeds that these boarders are travelling. If I were your teacher (and if I assume you to be in high school), I would probably give you a D.

A few too many tweens, bit choppy at points.
Overall keep going man! You're so close from becoming a great flash artist. Just create a better themed story next time and try to create more actual Frame-by-Frame animation than mostly tweens.
