A buggy, dumbed down Final Fantasy Tactics.
Thing you could improve:
-More interesting and distinct classes.
-Fix the thing where the music starts playing everytime you start a new mission. Sucks that you have to press "M" every time.
-In one mission an enemy was placed outside of the map so I couldn't finish it.
I guess it has potential if you put some work in there.

okay, im just going to say it it does look like FFT. But if you dont want to acknowledge that fact thats your problem :P
now for the game itself;
i like it. i havent played it all the way but i like it.
it DOES however need improvements.
now lets say your going to make a KT2 things that I would recommend.
first, give every character its own leveling.
items! (there where none as far as ive been)
randomly picked begin stats (but give them all the same amount of stats so that it will be fair)
oh dont make it so that you can go to the next levelby doing an older level.
but keep the ability to play older levels
equipments (weapons/armor)
if you do this the game will have more depth and if your playing a tactics game, depth is something you want.
one last recommendation;
make the game faster (just because your doing tactics doesnt mean it cant have any action)
this can range from faster walking/attacking to doing something more realtime but i can see how making it real time would change the nature of the game.
however!
i DO think you should make the game faster, especially if you want to keep the larger groups hooked on your game.
if this is your first ame you are pretty talented.
make a KT2 because i liked the idea you had going in making this game
ps. the reason i gave this game a 5/10 instead of higher is to tell you that you need to improve the game, NOT in no way i mean to say that this game is crap. cus it rocks

That's what I would be saying about your submission if I hadn't read what you typed under the Author Comments. This is definitely no coincidential clash of styles, and you really need to pay tribute where tribute is necessary.
An appropriate comment would be:
"This is my first real game. It's a kind of tribute to FFT on Playstation. Unlike in FFT, this one focuses on the battle system rather than the story. I tried to make it as similar as possible to the original. Hope you enjoy!"
Or something of the sort.

dude the whole begining of this was basically a rip off of final fantasy tactics i feel bad that u thought u could get away with that even the battlefeilds are almost identical
Just because something is simliar doesn't mean I copied the game. Thats a bit of a stretch.
