Could be interesting
It's not bad, that's for sure. The animation is top-notch (well, as top-notch as a South Park parody could be) and the sound is fine. I dislike the idea of Tails taking Kenny's place, if anyone, it should be Robotnik.
Personally, if you can whip up a funny script, I think this would be interesting to see as a full movie.
How cool is that?
