i gave it a 2/5 as i see that you are actually trying, but I did'nt get the joke, and the animation was a bit crude.
If you can get used to drawing good arms though you would have a pretty good animation going.
anyway, I see that you have potential and good luck =)

"Charver" = "Gangsta" or, to a lesser degree, "Jock", if you are from America. Unfortunately, the joke is the crux of the entire animation, so if you do not get it, then the animation holds no value at all. Still, thanks for the encouragement - the arm thing has plagued me for what seems to be an eternity.

Hehe. I like they way the driver's arms don't come out of his shoulders, and by 'like' I mean 'giggle at'. If it's deliberate then it's a cute stylistic affectation =)
Otherwise an ok animation. Short and not overly sweet. Subject matter not particularly interesting unless it's directly relevant to the viewer, I guess. Didn't do much for me.

To put it simply, charvers make me want to pull out my own small intestines so that I can wrap them around fat, charverish necks and strangle the soulless life out of them. As for the arms...it was, of course, deliberate....whether or not you choose to actually believe that is up to you. It really is a surprise that animations that involve scything down the scum of society do not arouse you. Note to self: try harder next time.

the little message inside it is really good to have. Its horrible when you hear that someone isnt paying attention when driving and they hit someone... sometimes hurting entire families.

not a bad movie, nice bit of anti-chav media is always enjoyable. My only critisicm would be to sort your perspective out, the angle at which that guy was sitting compared to the rest of the car was quite confusing, it looked like he had an arm growing out of his chest.
