Umm...
It only took about 5 seconds to load on my computer, and mine isn't that fast... Oh well. The music was not the kind of music to put into a tutorial in my opinion, and was very distracting. You did do an okay job at describing the buttons, but I personally hated the way that they looked. All in all, I feel as if this needed a lot of work.

Then you one lucky ducky. If you don't like the music, TURN IT OFF. IT'S THAT X BUTTON IN THE CORNER. I wouldn't say it needed a LOT more work, but I do think myself I rushed it somewhat. Thank your for you're contructive critisism.
Large File Size
Typically, large file sizes are just ignored. Try breaking down your flash into smaller chunks. Keep in mind some people still use 56k. You tutortial was ok, I didn't learn much but hey, at least you tried right?

Yeah, thanks. I didn't break it up cause it was under 10 megs, so I figured Eh, What the heck? Plus, I didn't have time to break it up.
