Thought the picture lookd really good. Some of the details were really defines, like the skin texture and the shadows which I thought were a great touch. The folds of the Gi were really well defined as were his muscles. I liked the lightning bolts a lot, but it seemed like they raced up the arms, which seem a little much to me, but I don't know, it's just an opinion :D
One part of confusion I had was the Headband and the Belt. If it is assumed that all the air is rushing towards the formation of the Hadouken, then the headbands were aptly drawn, but the belt seems to the be moving almost against the wind. Although I could see how it could be beginning to be drawn in at the stage of formation it would probably be more drawn back and maybe closer to the thigh instead of just out there.
One last thing I have is that the attack is "Shinku(u) Hadouken" not Shikun, but that's just a small little thing...not really related to your work.
All in all though, this was a great pic and it definitely deserves a 5/5 and a 9/10

haha... damm, I completely forgot about the 'wind' around... it was just a random fold for headbang and belt... but yeah, I wont forget it next time.
