Really great first episode
Overall your story was really good, though your animation could've used some work, but I sure it will get better as the series continue. And I really hope you do make more episode, ya know none of those "one hit wonders." Anyways this episode gots me hooked and I will definitely be looking forward to future episodes.

Thanks for your suggestion, but I realized that if I was going to design my character completely anime, then it'll just be another generic anime piece in Newgrounds. I wanted my style of design and animation to be the one to pull off the charm and to test that a good story indeed worth looking into more than graphics. And this while maintaining the influence and inspiration of anime.

I liked the story and the music that u put in ^^ looked pretty interesting, and i liked how you continued that old video that i watched a long time ago. the only thing that I don't really like is how u drew the figures and the faces. if the figures looked a bit better i would have rated it probably 9 or 10. but i'm guessing this if your kind of style to make the figures look like that. anyway, nice job ^^
